Father's Day - June 16th

Bovey Tracey Buddies

Here at eckel and noo we are very excited to have been invited to stock some of our sock buddies at the new Porters of Station Road Art and Craft shop in Bovey Tracey. 

It can be tough and sometimes disheartening trying to compete with mass produced cheap toys/collectibles.  Not everyone appreciates the time and effort it takes to create something, or are unwilling to pay slightly more for them, so it's great to find a store that specialises in locally hand made crafts. 

We dropped off our buddies today in time for Porter's opening day this May Bank Holiday.   For all you locals you should go and pay a visit - well worth taking a look!  Alternatively go visit their Facebook Page for more info.

Valentine Love Buddies

It's that time of year again, Valentine's Day is rolling around.  We've been busy working away on creating a new collection of Valentine Love Buddies.  So why not give your loved one something a little different this year....a cuddly and cute little love buddy. 

 

Meet Chloe.  Chloe is a bookworm and loves the smell of the books in the library.  She also likes bubble baths, Krispy Kreme donuts, reality TV and breakfast is her favourite meal of the day.

 

Introducing Barclay.  Barclay is a superstitious little buddy who likes to pop bubblewrap, loves the sound of rain and enjoys playing poker.  His favourite colour is blue and he is afraid of lemons.

Say hello to Dale.  Dale is a socially awkward little alien. He likes to read comic books, collect blue smarties and is afraid of cheese.

a trip to the beach........

Had a great time at a Christmas Fair last weekend.  It's still fairly early but we managed to get into the festive spirit.  Lots of buddies were adopted and found new homes and lots of fun was had by all.

Donovan had a particularly good time.  He made the most of his lunch break to go and explore the beach down at Budleigh Salterton.

Derek the Sock Demon

It's almost Halloween so we thought we'd whip up a special spooky and scary sock monster.  Introducing Derek the Sock Demon.  We can't decide whether he's a little vampire or werewolf but we think he's cool!

Derek is a mischievious little demon who is fascinated by patterns and numbers. He likes chocolate chip cookies, martial arts and medical dramas on TV. Derek’s favourite word is “schmuck” and his favourite colour is blue.

Meet Ripley.  Ripley loves pancakes with maple syrup, playing black jack online and doing the daily crossword. Ripley dislikes enclosed spaces, getting caught in the rain and his favourite colour is orange.
