Wally and Buttercup

Wally has been excitedly awaiting the first Daffodil of the year. He's been keeping his eyes peeled and checking on this little bud daily. 'Buttercup' is the daffodil he has decided to adopt as his own!

and what do you know, today was the day! Our first Daffs of the season have appeared, whoopee! Wally is very pleased because he knows what that means....the Easter bunny isn't too far away!

Sometimes we finish making a buddy that is so adorable that we just can't part with it. That happened today when we finished Wally!

This little guy has become the newest member of the eckel and noo family. He's settling in nicely and is looking forward to lots of cuddles and cups of tea (yes buddies can be addicted to caffeine just like the rest of us!). He is also very excited as he has been promised that he can join Puck on his travel adventures and he is looking forward to starting his own photo blog. So please join us in welcoming Wally!

Happy Valentine's Day!

A few of our little buddies have been enjoying their first Valentines. Chuck gave his new girlfriend Penelope some flowers and chocolates much to her surprise!

She said thank you with a nice big smackeroonie! Ahh, how cute, there's nothing like sock monster luuuuurv.

Happy February everyone! It's a little known fact that sock monsters luuuurve doughnuts and best of all - Krispy Kremes! So a few of our sock buddies thought they'd hit the jackpot when Chuck came home with a box full of the lovely things!

They were a few squabbles over who got the sprinkled doughnut but in the end they all decided to share! There were plenty to go around and everyone had fun indulging in some doughnutty goodness!
